MATERIALS NEEDED

- (13) fat quarters of assorted prints for houses
- *up to (13) fat eighths of assorted prints for roofs
- 1/4 yard fabric for windows
- 3/8 yard fabric for trees
- 3-5/8 yards background fabric
- 1-1/2 yards border fabric
- 3/4 yard binding fabric
- 5-1/4 yards backing fabric OR 2-1/4 yards of 108" wide backing fabric
- 83” x 83” batting
- *(13) fat eighths for roofs are optional - there is enough leftover per house print FQ to cut (1) roof set from each. Cover quilt uses a combination of (7) house print remnants + (6) fat eighths.

Fabric is Berry & Pine by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. Grey background version uses Magic Dot SKU #5230 16 "Dove."
